Scheduled maintenance: Wednesday 17th June 2026
Scheduled maintenance on CreateiQ Sandbox took place on Wednesday 17th June 2026 between 10:00 and 13:00 UTC (11am-2pm London, 6am-9am New York). This allowed us to perform essential maintenance on the CreateiQ application, and apply updates to improve the performance and resilience of the application.

10:00 UTC: Maintenance has now begun and CreateiQ Sandbox is currently unavailable until it has completed.
10:30 UTC: Maintenance is ongoing and is currently on schedule.
11:00 UTC: Maintenance is progressing well, and is currently on schedule.
11:30 UTC: The initial phase of maintenance work is now complete; we are verifying and validating our changes before restoring access.
12:00 UTC: Maintenance is now complete and the CreateiQ Sandbox is now available again.
