Scheduled maintenance on CreateiQ tookplace on Saturday 20th May 2026 between 08:00 and 11:00 UTC (9am-12pm London, 4am-7am New York). This allowed us to perform essential maintenance on the CreateiQ application, and apply updates to improve the performance and resilience of the application.

08:00 UTC: Maintenance has now begun and CreateiQ is currently unavailable until it has completed.
08:30 UTC: Maintenance is ongoing and is currently on schedule.
09:00 UTC: Maintenance is progressing well, and we are validating the work before restoring access.
09:30 UTC: We are continuing to validate the improvement works.
10:30 UTC: Maintenance is now complete and access to CreateiQ has been restored.
