Overview
To enhance the security of your account, we are introducing Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA). MFA adds an additional layer of protection beyond your password, helping ensure that only you, and your authorised devices, can access your account on CreateiQ. This extra layer of verification provides a more secure and trusted experience for everyone negotiating with us.
What Happens When You Sign In?
- Login with the usual email and password
- The system recognises a login from a device or location it hasn’t seen before
- An email containing the verification link and code is sent
- Confirm the login by clicking ‘Verify email’ or using the code
- Login access is granted
💡Note: To ensure secured login, the verification link or code is valid for 10 minutes.
After verification, your device will be remembered for 90 days, so you won’t need to complete MFA again on the same device unless you sign in from a different device or change your security settings.
💡Exceptions: If you use your company’s sign in page (Single Sign On) to access CreateiQ then these changes will not affect your sign in experience.
