So that your external advisor can negotiate on your behalf, you must add them to your account. Once your advisor accepts the request, an advisor relationship is established between their account and your account.
The first step before sending an Advisor request is to ensure that your advisor has a CreateiQ account and that this is set up correctly. Please contact us at support@createiq.tech to set up your Advisor account.

How do I add an advisor?
- Navigate to Settings (click the cog in the bottom left corner).
- On the menu along the top of the screen, click on Advisor and then Add New Advisor.
- Once you have filled out the relevant email address for your advisor, selected whether you want the advisor to have automatic or manual access to your negotiations and selected the workspace(s) you wish to permission to your advisor, press Send advisor request. This will send a notification to your advisor that you wish to grant them access to your account.
💡 Manual access means that you have to select each negotiation that you want the advisor to have access to negotiate on your behalf. Automatic access means that the advisor will have automatic access to all of your negotiations and templates.
💡 Admin and Super Manager users can send an Advisor request and set up the Advisor relationship.
💡 As the client, you can send follow-up requests to allow your advisor access to more of your workspaces at any time.
