If your organisation is new to CreateiQ
To set up an account for your organisation on CreateiQ, please reach out to support@createiq.tech and we'll sort that out for you!
Creating an account will provide access to the full suite of functionality CreateiQ has to offer. You can draft and execute your own documents, access important document level meta data and establish API connectivity. You'll have access to any document packs available to your organisation and any bespoke documents we have digitised for your organisation. Contact us to learn more about bespoke digitisation.
Whilst there are significant data benefits to having a full account, you don't need to create an account to respond to a negotiation you've been sent. Our Guest Access feature allows non-account holders to access, negotiate and execute documents without the need to register an account and at no cost.
If you have any questions about how to access CreateiQ, please contact us at support@createiq.tech.
Getting added to an existing account on CreateiQ
If your organisation already has an account on CreateiQ, an existing Super Manager or Admin user from your organisation can invite new users. More information on how to add users can be found in our Users article here. If you don't know who your Super Manager or Admin is, please contact us.
💡 Most of our users opt to be either Super Managers: this gives access to all functions on the platform and visibility of all negotiations within your account or Managers: this enables you to create information barriers between negotiations if needed, but cannot access technical settings.
Getting your counterparties set up on CreateiQ to receive negotiations
The process will depend on whether your counterparty (a) already has a CreateiQ account, (b) requires an account or (c) wishes to negotiate as a guest user without a full account.
The document attached here can be downloaded and sent to your counterparty to explain their options and smooth the onboarding process for your first negotiation with new counterparties.
If your counterparties need any support, they can also reach out to us at support@createiq.tech.
Getting set up as an Advisor (negotiating for your clients)
If you wish to act as an Advisor for a client, you'll need to register a CreateiQ account and then your client will be able to invite you to access their negotiations. For more information on our Advisor relationship functionality, check out our articles here.
