How do I know when my document is ready to execute?
- Don't fear about missing out! We will send you an email notification every step of the way, as your document hits each negotiation milestone.
- You can check the status and % completion of any negotiation by heading to the Active tab. Here are some statuses that you may see once your document gets closer to completion.
🔋 Status: Confirm agreed form
- Once both parties have agreed positions on each document provision, each party can then confirm that the document is in agreed form.
- You will know this is ready once the document hits 100% complete and agreed.
🔋 Status: Execution
- Once both parties have confirmed agreed form, you will both be prompted to execute the document.

At the execution stage, each party is directed to the execution page where you review the agreed document and get ready to sign. On this page you will also see the Date of Agreement.
There are two ways of signing the document; this will have been chosen when drafting the document at the beginning of the negotiation. Check out our article here for further detail.
Q: How can I amend the document after I've reached the execution page?
You can make changes to the document as long as the negotiation hasn't been finalised. Check out our article here for further details.
